Refined Sand LLC - Terms and Conditions

1. Services

We provide sand sifting, raking, and beach maintenance services in Lincoln, Nebraska, and surrounding areas. All services are scheduled by appointment only.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty.
We do not charge cancellation or no-show fees.

3. Payment Terms

We accept cash, check, credit cards, and Venmo.
Invoices are issued after the completion of service.
Payment is due as outlined in the invoice terms.

4. Service Boundaries and Liability

We are not responsible for any damage or disturbances occurring within the agreed-upon boundaries of service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the service area is clear and accessible with any obstacles made known at the time of appointment.

5. No Guarantees or Refunds

We do not offer satisfaction guarantees or refunds.
Services are provided as described and agreed upon before booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (including text, images, logos) is the property of Refined Sand LLC and may not be used without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes agreement to any updated terms.
