Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Refined Sand LLC, we strive to provide reliable and professional sand sifting, raking, and beach maintenance services. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below.
Cancellations

All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be honored for rescheduling, depending on availability.

We do not charge cancellation or no-show fees.
Refunds

No refunds are offered for completed services.

Our services are provided as-is with no satisfaction guarantees.

In the rare case that we are unable to complete the service due to weather, access restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will either:

Reschedule the appointment at no additional cost, or

Void the invoice if the service was not performed.

Deposits

We do not require deposits at this time.
Service Area Expectations

Clients are responsible for ensuring the service area is accessible and safe at the time of the appointment.

We are not responsible for damage occurring within the agreed-upon boundaries of service.
